Presentation Submission
If your abstract is accepted for an oral presentation you will receive a link to upload your slides.
If your abstract is accepted for a poster presentation you will receive a link to upload a one slide poster promotional.
Accepted oral presentation file format: PowerPoint or PDF (will be presented on Mac).
Accepted oral video and audio file formats (if used): MP3, MP4.
File name format: PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName:
The assigned presentation date will be provided in the acceptance letter.
The assigned presentation time will also be provided in the acceptance letter in a 24-hour format (e.g., 0830, 1300, or 1415).
If submitting an update to your presentation file, please add the version number to the end of the file name (PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName _v#).
If submitting any source video and audio files with presentations, use these file name formats: PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName _video; PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName _audio.
If your upload is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
Utilization of the presentation upload link will be the only acceptable method of presentation submission. No presentations will be accepted via email or memory devices (e.g., USB drives).

In-Person Oral Presenter Guidelines
In-person presenters will not use their own laptops to display slides.
In-person presenters will advance their presentation slides using the remote presentation advancer provided in the oral session room.
In-person presenters are required to use the podium microphone.
Remote Oral Presenter Guidelines
Remote presentation slides and video files will be displayed from the session room.
An assigned in-person attendee will be available to advance slides for remote presenters; in cases of technical difficulty presenters may be asked to present slides from their remote machines.

Posters can be hung at any time before the poster session.
