VEXAG – Call for Abstracts
We are new accepting abstracts for the Venus Exploration Analysis Group (VEXAG) meeting on October 8-9, 2026.
Abstract submission deadline: August 10, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Daylight Time.
Abstract format and submission guidelines
- No late or revised abstracts will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
- Abstracts are limited to two pages (follow the LPI abstract length and formatting guidelines).
- All abstracts must be written in English.
- All abstracts must be submitted as PDF files.
- All abstracts must be submitted in U.S. letter-sized format (8.5 inches × 11 inches).
- Abstract file sizes are limited to 3 MB.
- Authors are allowed to submit only one first-author abstract.
Preparation and Submission of Abstracts
- Download the appropriate template.
- Please write the abstract using the format provided in the template, and then create a PDF file.
- Write the abstract using the format shown in the template.
- Create a PDF file. The file name should be in the format of PresenterLastName_firstInital_VEXAG26.pdf. For example, if the first author’s name is “Jane Smith,” the filename would be “Smith_J_VEXAG26.pdf.
- Email the abstract to vexagannualmeeting2026@gmail.com. You will receive email confirmation of submission in 48 hours.
