Registering More Than One Participant?

To register more than one participant with one credit card transaction:

Complete and submit the form below for the first participant
Once on the Thank You page, click on the “Pay Now” button, which will take you to the Shopping Cart System screen
Click on the “Click Here To Continue Shopping” link toward the bottom. You will return to this registration form to complete for another participant, and so on

When all participants have been registered, click on “Send Order” on the Shopping Cart System screen to pay by credit card.
