AFEV2 PAC #2 Meeting Registration

Please join the second Advanced Fluids for Electrified Vehicles 2 (AFEV2) Consortium for its Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting from March 31 to April 3, 2025, in-person in Hazelwood, United Kingdom (hosted by Lubrizol).

Monday, March 31^st, will be the Meet & Greet beginning at 6:00 PM. The presentations will begin Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, at 8:00 AM.

This AFEV2 PAC #2 meeting is an opportunity for us to present results from the various consortium tasks and ask for interaction from our members on the path of the consortium.

The agenda for this meeting is still being finalized, but generally, task updates will be held throughout the days of April 1^st to April 3^rd, 2025. April 3^rd is planned to be a half day, ending in the early afternoon. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel. Lunch and snacks will be served at the meeting. Daily activities and dinners will be held off-site each evening, excluding the half day on April 3^rd.

Registration is only available for AFEV2 members and is required to attend. Please register for the PAC meeting by March 7^th, 2025. The hotel deadline is February 16^th, 2025.
